Travel blogs

This section features travel blogs from all sorts of low carbon holidays and adventures, plus stuff we've spotted from around the web and our own company news. There's so much variety that we tried to shake a stick at it but we failed. We failed big time.

Kate Andrews

Kate founded Loco2 when she was in her final year at Sussex University. Since then she has lived the dream and travelled the world using a variety of low carbon transport modes, from cargo-ships to sailing boats to trains and coaches. Read all about it in her blogs below.

She enjoys the creative side of travelling, and you can see a lot of her photos featured on the site.

Jamie Andrews

Jamie is co-founder of Loco2. He travelled around Eastern Europe by train in 2006 but since then he's been too busy working on Loco2 to do much more travelling (oh the irony!), except for a three-week triple festival extravaganza in Croatia/Serbia in 2007 (you might have guessed that he likes Eastern Europe) and more recently a delightful week break in France in August 2009.
